Common Questions+DELIVERY vs PICKUP vs SHIPPING
When you checkout there are three different types of delivery options to choose from, PICKUP, DELIVERY and SHIPPING. Pickup is free and is available in Chattanooga, Cleveland and Knoxville. Delivery and shipping range from $5-12 based on distance.
+ONLINE VS GRAB & GO
You can pre-order your meals online (10% less than in store), or you can simply visit our store Monday-Sunday and purchase any meals available in our grab & go cooler without prior commitments.
+WHAT DO I DO WITH THE BAGS?
Feel free to keep one of our black tote bags, that one is on us. However, any additional bags we ask that you return them on your second delivery or pickup. We recollect the bags in order to help keep our shipping costs lower.
+WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We have two retail locations in Chattanooga, 601 Cherokee Blvd and 203 E Main St, and many pickup locations between Chattanooga, Cleveland and Knoxville. You can find these on the 'locations' tab.
+OUR INGREDIENTS?
We use a combination of local, organic and 'conventional' ingredients. Our meats are always hormone free, antibiotic free and raised naturally. All our meals are gluten-free* and lactose or dairy free. (some items ay contain dairy and will be noted in ingredients. Only our wraps/burritos have gluten)
+WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Order anytime up until Friday, 8am for a Sunday (pickup only) or Monday fulfillment. Order up until Monday, noon, for Thursday fulfillment. If you are getting a delivery you will be texted an estimated arrival time on the day of delivery, as well as after the delivery has been completed.
